学术要求:The minimum required qualification for entry is at least a second class Honours degree in a cognate subject, such as an arts, social sciences or business-related discipline, from a UK University or equivalent from an EU or overseas university. Work experience is desirable, but not required.

•TOEFL internet-based test 95 with minimum scores of 21 in Listening and Writing, 22 in Reading and 23 in Speaking

This course allows for the development of an understanding of how and why human resource policies and practices differ across the world; and how multinational companies manage the process of addressing these challenges.
The course will equip students to think critically about these issues as well as encouraging them to think more practically about the skills required to manage in an international context.

MSc students also complete a dissertation on an approved topic.
