入学要求 Requirement：
学术要求： The minimum required qualification for entry is at least a second class Honours degree in a cognate subject, such as an arts, social science or business-related discipline, from a UK University or equivalent from an EU or overseas university. Work experience is desirable, but not required.
英语要求：For students whose first language is not English, achievement of an IELTS score of 6.5 (with a minimum of 6.0 in each criteria) or a TOEFL score of 100 (with minimum individual scores of 21 in Listening and 23 in Writing, Reading and Speaking).

The Department of Human Resource Management is a CIPD Approved Centre and the Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) stage of this programme is accredited as meeting the knowledge requirements for Professional Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) at Associate, Chartered Member or Chartered Fellow.
Students are required to join CIPD as a Student Member at the start of the programme. After successful completion of the PG Diploma stage student members can apply directly to CIPD for upgrade to Professional Membership once they have reached the required level of work experience.

教学与评估 Teaching and Assessment：
The course modules are assessed by various methods which include essays, individual and group projects and final examinations. The examinations are generally held in January and April/May. Formal approval to proceed to the MSc stage is given by the end of June. The MSc stage requires the completion of the Dissertation.
