学术要求：Normally an Honours degree in any discipline, although some law content would be useful. Other qualifications are recognised, especially where the applicant’s work experience is relevant to the course.

This programme is geared towards those wanting to develop careers with international law firms, international organisations or governmental or non-governmental organisations with an international trade and business or commercial law focus. It aims to provide students with an analytical framework for understanding the fundamental rules and principles of this system, and to explore the relationship between this system and other political and civil rights systems.
