This course is designed to produce graduates with an in-depth knowledge of hospitality management who are able to function as effective managers in international hospitality management businesses. The course provides you with a detailed knowledge of the international hospitality industry. With this knowledge you will be able to make appropriate judgements concerning strategic and operational challenges facing international hospitality businesses and you will be able to devise and implement relevant strategies to address these challenges.
