This course has been designed to offer you something unique from other courses specialising in project management. We provide a breadth of core management areas necessary to understand key issues in business and management. We then develop and enhance your knowledge, understanding and application of project management within a variety of project settings.

The final element is the opportunity for you to study and research a project management dissertation of your choice. Previous dissertations have included an analysis of new product development; the professionalisation of project management; and the application of risk management techniques in IT outsourcing. In some cases projects can result from our extensive contacts within the business community.
教学与评估 Teaching and Assessment：
Different teaching and assessment strategies are used to suit different topics and specific skills assessment. These are based predominantly on varying forms of coursework and project portfolios. This is grounded in real-life situations and, where possible, live projects.
