课程特征 Course Features：
The Internet carries huge volumes of personal, business and financial data, much of which is accessed wirelessly through mobile devices. Security measures are increasingly essential to protect systems and data from attack (eg interception) and abuse (eg junk email). This course provides a broad coverage of computer networks, computer security and mobile device technologies. It looks in depth at some of the security issues that fixed and wireless networks are subject to, and the current solutions employed to address these problems.

•Either Advanced Java for Programmers or Introduction to Object-Oriented Programming, plus Advanced Object-Oriented

Plus up to two optional modules from our other Advanced Master's programmes and the MSc in Information Security and Biometrics.
教学与评估 Teaching and Assessment：
Assessment is through a mixture of written examinations and coursework, the relative weights of which vary according to the nature of the module. The final project is assessed by a dissertation.
