学术要求： Applicants for our full time Real Estate programmes are generally expected to have obtained an upper second class honours degree or equivalent. The academic requirement for mature students may be relaxed in light of relevant professional experience.

课程特征 Course Features：
This programme enables students to understand real estate investment in the context of other investment opportunities. The programme prepares students for a career in the investment and finance markets where they will evaluate the relative benefits of property against equities, bonds and financial derivative products. Additionally, students will develop an understanding of how the property asset can be financed. Students taking this programme may choose to follow a career in the specialised area of real estate investment and finance or alternatively it offers a route into investment markets. This programme is fully accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
