课程特征 Course Features：
The aim of the programme is to take an international perspective and give the student a grounding in the fundamentals of financing, organising and managing construction projects. Students on the programme come from a variety of backgrounds including civil engineering, architecture, quantity surveying, services engineering and many other disciplines.
The programme aims to develop an awareness of the changing responsibilities and regulatory framework in which construction projects must be delivered safely, on time, on budget and to the highest possible quality, while taking environmental considerations into account.
