Normally a primary degree or equivalent recognised qualification. All applicants must have a minimum of two years' relevant managerial experience.

•IELTS* score of 6.5, with not less than 5.5 in any component, or
•TOEFL* score of 92 (Internet-based test) with minimum scores of 21 for Listening, 22 for Reading, 23 for Speaking and 21 for Writing

课程特征 Course Features：
The MSSc in Organisation and Management is designed for graduates or those with comparable professional qualifications and experience. The programme enables students to underpin their experience within the ever-changing local and international environment with relevant theories and concepts. It covers a wide range of subjects across management areas whilst looking at the wider, global and strategic context of organisations.
Students who have completed all taught modules successfully, and who have appropriate professional experience, are eligible to apply for Membership of the Chartered Management Institute. In addition, those who complete the Masters may be eligible for the City and Guilds Senior Award.
课程内容 Course Content ：
The Masters programme extends over three years of part-time study, the first two years consisting of a range of interesting and relevant taught modules, the third: a dissertation of 15,000-20,000 words. Students can be awarded a Postgraduate Diploma in Organisation and Management after two years and on successful completion of all taught modules. Students are awarded the Masters on completion of all taught modules and a dissertation (in Year 3).

教学与评估 Teaching and Assessment：
Assessment will be tailored to the specific nature of each module, and will include group presentations, examinations, essays, individual projects, class tests and, to complete the Masters, a dissertation of 15,000-20,000 words to be submitted in May or September of Year 3.
