Normally a 2.1 Honours degree or above, or equivalent recognised qualification in Law, Social Science, Humanities or a cognate discipline.

课程特征 Course Features：
This is an ideal programme for students and those already addressing environmental law and governance issues in their day-to-day working lives.
This programme covers the domestic and European environmental law regimes, sustainable development policy and concepts, greening the economy and provides an opportunity for in-depth study of areas such as climate change policy.
An optional placement opportunity (with government, NGO or private sector organisations) will provide students with first-hand experience of problem solving in this challenging policy environment.
This programme will be organised in close co-operation with the sustainable development domestic stakeholder community, featuring guest speakers, placement opportunities and occasional visits to legislative bodies and organisations engaged in sustainable development work.

The programme is delivered on a modular basis. Students take a total of 180 units (120 units through taught modules plus the 60 unit dissertation).
