英语要求： IELTS： a minimum IELTS(Academic) score of 6.5 with at least 6.5 in reading and writing, and at least 6.0 in listening and speaking.

课程特征 Course Features：
International Trade Law is concerned with the governance and regulation of international trade. The distinctiveness of the LL.M in International Trade Law lies in its focus on the public international law aspects of international trade, in particular the regulation of international trade by international law and international institutions – including the World Trade Organization. Consequently, whilst students may take ‘optional’ modules in the areas of business law, human rights and environmental law, the aim of the programme is to develop a specialised and detailed knowledge of the law concerning international trade and provide the students with the necessary research and analytical skills to engage critically with the relevant laws.

• World Trade Law
• Dissertation
In addition students are required to choose optional modules totalling a further 60 credits. Optional modules may include: International Banking Law (two options); International Corporate rescue, Insolvency Law Corporate Law; Competition Law, Employment Law; Copyright & File-Sharing; International Environmental Law; Human Rights and the Internet and others.
