学术要求：Upper second class honours degree in law or social sciences or non-UK equivalent.
英语要求： IELTS：a minimum IELTS(Academic) score of 6.5 with at least 6.5 in reading and writing, and at least 6.0 in listening and speaking.

课程特征 Course Features：
The overall objective of this programme is to provide students with a firm grounding in many of the principles and rules regulating business activity in the UK, Europe and around the world. The programme also aims to enable students to develop the following: analytical legal skills, ability to work independently, writing skills, and ability to undertake independent supervised research.
We aim to provide a conducive atmosphere for postgraduate study within the context of a research-based institution.

Currently the compulsory modules are:
•Insolvency Law (15 credits)
•Business and Institutional Transactions Law (15 credits)
•Research Methods (15 credits)
•Business Law Dissertation (60 credits)
In addition students are required to choose optional modules totalling a further 75 credits. Optional modules may include: European Business Law; International Banking Law (two options); Corporate Law; Employment Law,; Law of Foreign Investment; World Trade Organisation Law; Copyright & Related Rights and the Internet; International Environmental Law; Human Rights and the Internet and others.
