The main aim of the LLM in Cyberlaw is to provide students with a conducive academic environment which through a combination of inspiration and opportunity enables students to learn, understand, explore and acquire a critical understanding of the many issues which fall under the umbrella of the new area of socio-legal studies that has become known as "Cyberlaw". This environment will further provide students with the opportunities to develop a range of competencies that will start with their own practical skills in WWW based legal research and their expression and end with them designing, conducting and writing up their own research in the area of Cyberlaw. There is a large percentage of compulsory programme content in order to ensure that the programme objectives are met.

Cybercrimes (15M credits)
Copyright, Related Rights & the Internet (15M credits)
Dissertation in Cyberlaw (60M credits)
In addition students are required to choose optional modules totalling a further 30 credits. Optional modules may include:
Advanced CyberCrimes (extra 15M)
E-Commerce Law & Policy (extra 15M)
Human Rights and the Internet (15M or 30M)
